FAQ

1. What should I do if there is water inside the watch?

If there is only a small amount of water vapor inside the watch, it will disappear automatically over time. Alternatively, wear the watch upside down on your wrist; after two hours, the water vapor should disappear automatically. If there are water droplets inside the watch, you should have it repaired as soon as possible.

2. Special Note:

Fully automatic mechanical watches rely on arm movement for automatic winding, so they should be worn for more than 8 hours per day to ensure timely and accurate operation. Some automatic mechanical watches can also be manually wound to supplement power: with the crown not pulled out, turn it clockwise 15 times. Mechanical watches that do not support manual winding cannot be powered by manual winding.

3. Warning:

From 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. the next day, please do not adjust the calendar, week, or month quick-set buttons. Otherwise, calibration may become ineffective, the quick-set buttons may become blocked or damaged, and the movement may be damaged. Mechanical watches should be kept away from televisions, computers, and other devices with magnetic fields to avoid affecting the watch’s operation.

3. Customs Duties or Import Taxes

The list price above does not include any taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
